Print Using PaperCut

Body

Overview

PaperCut is a print management solution that allows for easier and more secure printing on campus. Users can print to a single printer and release their print jobs on any PaperCut printer.

When printing to a PaperCut printer, your print job will be held on the print server. You will need to walk up to one of the appropriate PaperCut printers and release your print job by tapping your card on the card reader and choosing the print jobs you would like to print. Print jobs are held on the server for 24 hours, after which they are deleted.

The Faculty-Staff Xerox printer allows faculty, staff, and other office workers to print to any printer that is on PaperCut.
The PC Prints printer is meant for students and only allows for printing to "student" printers.
