Overview
Team Dynamix (TDX) is the Information Technology and Physical Plant service portal. It has the following features:
- Service Catalog – Where you can request services from the IT Department or Physical Plant.
- Knowledge Base – Self-help information, such as “how to” articles, that can be used in conjunction with this website.
- Ticket Requests – Track IT and Physical Plant tickets you have submitted.
- Quick Links and Info – Information about receiving support and other info, as well as links to help get you where you need to go.
