Overview
The Blocked Senders and Safe Senders lists allow users to specify email addresses or domains that should always be quarantined or always be allowed for receipt. These lists are managed through the webmail system.
Steps
1. Sign into your account at http://outlook.office.com.
2. Click on the gear icon in the top right-hand corner.
3. Choose "View all Outlook Settings" at the bottom.
4. Click on "Junk email".
5. You will see both the Blocked Senders and Safe Senders lists here.
6. After editing the lists, be sure to click Save at the bottom.
