Join PC-Guest with a Sponsor

Overview

Individual guests can connect to the PC-Guest network if they are sponsored by a current member of the faculty, staff, or student body. Sponsors will receive an email with a link to confirm or reject the requested access. Guest access expires 24 hours from confirmation.

Steps

1. Go to https://pc-wnac.providence.edu/.
2. Enter the sponsor’s name and their Providence College email address.
3. Fill out the rest of the form with the guest’s information.
4. Select the checkbox to accept the terms of use.
5. Click Register.
6. The Guest Registration Receipt will appear with the guest account’s username and password.
7. The sponsor will receive an email with a link to confirm or reject the requested access. The account will not be activated until the request has been accepted.
8. On the guest’s device, select PC-Guest from the network list.
9. If the Guest Registration Receipt is open on the guest’s device, click Log In, otherwise go to https://pc-wnac.providence.edu/ on the guest’s device and select Sign In.
10. Enter the username and password given on the receipt to login.
11. The guest account will be active for 24 hours.
