Transfer Active Calls Between Desk Phone and Mobile Phone

Overview

When SNR is enabled, users can send active phone calls from their desk phone to their mobile phone and from their mobile phone to their desk phone.

The following requires that SNR has already been configured for your phone extension. Go here to request SNR for your extension.

Steps

Transfer Call to Mobile Phone

1. While on an active call on your desk phone, your display will show the Mobility menu option. Press the button below Mobility.
2. The MobileConnect menu will appear. Press the button under Select or press 1 to Send call to Mobile Phone.

Transfer Call to Desk Phone

1. While on a call on your mobile phone, hang up the call and the call will be placed on hold for 10 seconds.
2. Pick up the waiting call on your desk phone before the 10 seconds are up to continue the call.
