Single Number Reach (SNR)

What is it?

Single Number Reach (SNR) is a service available through the campus phone system that allows your campus desk phone to ring on your mobile phone. Once enabled, you can configure it to work on a schedule or enable and disable it altogether.

Things to know:

  • When someone calls your campus extension, you will get the call on your mobile phone, but you will not see the same caller ID information.

  • When you call someone’s cell phone from your mobile phone, their caller ID will display your mobile phone number, not your campus phone number.

  • When you call a campus extension from your mobile phone, the caller ID on the campus phone will display as your campus extension, not your mobile phone number.

SNR must be configured on your account before you can enable or disable it. Use this service to request that it be configured for your extension.

View the attachments to this service for more information.
