What is it?
The College has a fleet of laser printers - a mix of HP LaserJet and Xerox multifunction machines. New toner cartridges for these printers can be requested through IT.
Please note that inkjet printers are not included in this service. Ink for inkjet printers, such as some Epson printers or HP OfficeJet printers, must be ordered by your department through WB Mason or Amazon.
Who is it for?
This service is only for college-owned printers. We do not provide toner to printers that are personally owed by faculty, staff, or students.
How do I get it?
Use the "Request Toner" button to request a new toner cartridge.
