How do I report an issue?

Use the "Report an Issue" button to report a website problem. You will be asked to upload a screen shot of the issue, and to include the URL of the page or site with the problem.

 

What can I report?

Here you can report an issue or bug with a College website, page, or portal site. This includes both providence.edu external websites and the internal friarsprovidence.sharepoint.com portal sites. You can also use this form to request help with building a web page or addressing an issue you may have as a Web Editor.

 

Who can make a report?

Faculty, staff, and students.
