What is it?
Network drives are drives available to faculty, staff, and students that allow sharing of data and files across computers connected to the campus network. Every member of the faculty and staff has access to the G: drive (a personal drive) and the H: drive (a departmentally shared drive). Students have access to a G: drive (a personal drive). The college also has an N: drive used primarily by faculty members to share data with students for coursework and research. There are also a number of other network drives that are used for various purposes
This service can be used to report an issue with a network drive, such as the drive not showing up on a computer, or to request file recovery, such as in the case of accidental deletion.
This service is not for requesting new drives, access to drives, or quota increases.
