Report a Technology Issue in a Classroom

What is it?

Classrooms on campus are stocked with varying technology. This can include computers, projectors, TV displays, wireless video technology (Apple TV and Solstice), sound, etc. While classrooms are checked regularly to ensure everything is in working order, isolated issues may arise.

If you are in a classroom and experience an issue with the technology, you can use this service to report that issue.

If you require immediate assistance during your class, you should call the Helpdesk at 401-865-4357. A technician will report to your classroom within five to ten minutes.
