Zoom, now called Zoom Workplace, offers communications software that combines video conferencing, online meetings, whiteboard, chat, and mobile collaboration.

Steps

Desktop App (Windows/MacOS)

For personally-owned computers, follow the steps below.

1. Go to https://zoom.us/download
2. Under Zoom Workplace desktop app, click Download.
3. Open the downloaded file and follow the prompts to complete the installation.

For college-managed computers, follow the steps below.

1. Open the Company Portal (Windows) or PC Self Service (MacOS) application on your computer.
2. Search for "zoom".
3. Select Zoom Workplace and click Install.

Mobile App (Android/iOS)

1. Open the Play Store (Android) or App Store (iOS) and search for Zoom Workplace.
2. Tap Install (Android) or Get (iOS)
3. Follow the prompts to complete the transaction and installation.
