Connect to PC-Secure

Overview

PC-Secure is the primary wireless network used by most devices owned by faculty, staff, and students. PC-Secure may require some configuration to connect, but should be used by any device that supports enterprise level network security (802.1x and WPA2 Enterprise) as it offers the greatest level of security. PC-Secure is only available to current faculty, staff, and students.

Your network username, or Net ID, is the first part of your PC email address (before the @). Your network password is the same as the one used to access your PC email, Sakai and Canvas.

Troubleshooting

If you have trouble connecting after your password has been changed, forget the network and connect again with your new credentials.

If you are unable to see available networks, make sure Airplane Mode is turned off and Wi-Fi is turned On.

If your credentials are incorrect, you can reset your network password by going to https://outlook.office.com, entering your PC email, and clicking "Forgot my password".
