Overview

Providence College provides Microsoft 365 email accounts to all students, faculty, and staff. These accounts are integrated with Microsoft Office applications and other Providence College systems and resources. See more about User Account Information.

All Providence College Microsoft 365 accounts, including Outlook and OneDrive, are setup with multi-factor authentication (MFA). This requires the use of something you know, which is your password, as well as something you have, such as your phone, in order to access your account. See more information on changing your password and setting up multi-factor authentication (MFA).
