How do I report an issue?
Use the "Report an Issue" button to report a website problem or to request help from Web Services. You will be asked to upload a screen shot of the issue, and to include the URL of the page or site with the problem.
What can I report?
Here you can report an issue or bug with a College website, page, or portal site or to request help from the Web Services team. This includes both providence.edu external websites and the internal friarsprovidence.sharepoint.com portal sites. You can also use this form to request help with building a web page or addressing an issue you may have as a Web Editor.
Who can make a report?
Faculty, staff, and students.
