Did you reserve your event space in 25LIVE (Central Reservations)?
- If YES - you do not need to create a work order for your event setup/breakdown from the Physical Plant. Make sure that in "25LIVE," you have checked off the 'Physical Plant' box and provided details in the "Comments" section.
- If NO - please click "Reserve Event Space in 25Live," sign into 25LIVE and reserve your event space. Please check off the 'Physical Plant' box in your reservation if you require assistance with a setup and include your setup/breakdown details. The Physical Plant will be provided with all of your event information from Central Reservations. A work order for your setup/breakdown will be created on your behalf. Please call Central Reservations at 401-865-1040 if you have any further questions.
