This service to be used by PC DINING SERVICES ONLY to request service on any appliances/food service equipment
Use this service ONLY FOR Academic, Non-Academic Buildings, Student Housing locations to request service for all food service equipment, dishwashers, dryers, ice machines, refrigeration units, refrigerators, ovens, stoves and washing machines.
Request maintenance service for campus-owned vehicles or use of personnel lift.
To request service for battery disposal or hazardous materials waste.
To request service for carpentry: ceilings/floors/walls, doors, glass (including plexiglass), hang/remove items, install dispensers, painting, roofs, rugs, shades, tiles, walls, windows (blinds/shades), please click "Request Service."
Cleaning services such as:
> dusting or wiping down area/items
> floors - sweep, mop, strip/wax/buff
> rugs or carpets - vacuum, shampoo
> mold cleaning
> window cleaning
To request installation for a clock or to report a clock issue.

Use this service to report electrical/lighting issues, loss of electrical power, request extension cords or report issues with alarms or smoke detectors.
Report functional or maintenance issues with the elevators.
Request support or cancellation/modification of an event setup/breakdown of college-owned tables, chairs, stage, podium, etc.
Request assistance or report issues with fields, grounds, irrigation, gates, gate arms, parking lots, snow/ice removal,.
Report issues with fire alarms, fire EXIT signs, fire extinguishers, fire sprinklers, sensors, or smoke detectors.
This service is for assistance with dorm room furniture in any student housing locations.
Request assistance with furniture/equipment assembly, disassembly or repair.

Request assistance related to hoods and exhaust.
To report a leaks coming from the ceiling, wall or coming up from the floor.
IMPORTANT: If you are locked out of your room or your building and need to get in immediately, please call the Physical Plant (401-865-2166). If you are locked out after office hours, please call Public Safety at 401-865-2391.
Request service with door card swipe, code issues, lock repairs, remove locks or if you need additional keys for cabinets, doors, desk drawers.
