This service to be used by PC DINING SERVICES ONLY to request service on any appliances/food service equipment

Appliances/Food Service Equipment (Ice Machines, Refrigeration Units, Stoves, Washers/Dryers) for Academic, Non-Academic Buildings, Student Housing

Use this service ONLY FOR Academic, Non-Academic Buildings, Student Housing locations to request service for all food service equipment, dishwashers, dryers, ice machines, refrigeration units, refrigerators, ovens, stoves and washing machines.

Automotive and Motorized Equipment Services

Request maintenance service for campus-owned vehicles or use of personnel lift.

Battery Disposal, HazMat Waste

To request service for battery disposal or hazardous materials waste.

Carpentry ---> Ceilings/Floors/Walls, Doors, Glass (including Plexi), Painting, Windows (blinds/shades, etc.), and more

To request service for carpentry:  ceilings/floors/walls, doors, glass (including plexiglass), hang/remove items, install dispensers, painting, roofs, rugs, shades, tiles, walls, windows (blinds/shades), please click "Request Service."

Cleaning (Custodial) Services

Cleaning services such as:

Elevator Services

Report functional or maintenance issues with the elevators.

Event Setup/Breakdown - Support (Cancel/Modify)

Request support or cancellation/modification of an event setup/breakdown of college-owned tables, chairs, stage, podium, etc.

Fields, Grounds, Gates, Gate Arms

Request assistance or report issues with fields, grounds, irrigation, gates, gate arms, parking lots, snow/ice removal,.

Fire Protection: Extinguishers, Fire Alarms, Fire Exit Signs, Fire Sprinklers, Sensors, Smoke Detectors

Report issues with fire alarms, fire EXIT signs, fire extinguishers, fire sprinklers, sensors, or smoke detectors.

Furniture - STUDENT HOUSING LOCATIONS ONLY

This service is for assistance with dorm room furniture in any student housing locations.

Hoods, Exhaust

Request assistance related to hoods and exhaust.

Leaks (Ceilings, Walls, Floors ONLY)

To report a leaks coming from the ceiling, wall or coming up from the floor.

Locksmith, Door: Alarm, Code

IMPORTANT: If you are locked out of your room or your building and need to get in immediately, please call the Physical Plant (401-865-2166). If you are locked out after office hours, please call Public Safety at 401-865-2391.

Request service with door card swipe, code issues, lock repairs, remove locks or if you need additional keys for cabinets, doors, desk drawers.

Miscellaneous Request

Move Items, Moving Supplies, Pickup/Deliveries

Request assistance with moving (NON-Student Housing) furniture or other items or request moving supplies (boxes, box tape, bubble wrap).

Report issues with bats, bees/hornets nests, insects, mice, squirrels, or other creatures.

Plumbing, Water Dispensers (Filters)

Report issues related to floor drains, pipes, showers, sinks, toilets, and water dispensers (filters).

Recycling, Shredding, Trash

To request pickup of recycling, shredding, trash or to request bins/totes for recycling, shredding, trash.

Shower Curtains (college-owned)

To report shower curtain issues or missing shower curtains.

Signage

To request new signage to be made or to report a signage issue.

Smells or Odors

Use this service to report unusual smells or odors inside or close to buildings.
