What is it?

Troubleshooting and support for issues with printers, copiers, and scanners. This includes the following:

  • Paper jams
  • Printers not connecting
  • Poor print quality
  • Adding network printers to a computer
  • Issues with fax machines
  • Issues scanning
  • Error message on printer
  • General technical support for other printing, copying, or scanning issues

This does NOT include:

  • Issues with the PC Prints public print release system (see the PC Prints service)
  • New toner requests (request new toner cartridges here)
  • New printer requests (request new printers here)
  • Printer move requests (request a printer move here)
  • New fax line or extension (see Campus Phone System)

 

Who is it for?

This service is for faculty and staff members, along with their graduate assistants and undergraduate student workers, seeking support or services related to printers in campus offices or for students living in residence halls seeking support or services related to personally owned printers in their residence hall.

 

How do I get it?
