Request service with door card swipe, code issues, lock repairs, remove locks or if you need additional keys for cabinets, doors, desk drawers.


Request a new site on the providence.edu website, SharePoint MyPC Portal, custom web functionality or subdomain name.


General technical help, support, or troubleshooting for issues not covered by the services listed.


Report an error or other issue with a software application.

Cleaning services such as:
> dusting or wiping down area/items
> floors - sweep, mop, strip/wax/buff
> rugs or carpets - vacuum, shampoo
> mold cleaning

If you can't find what you're looking, use this service and provide as much detail as possible.


This service is for assistance with dorm room furniture in any student housing locations.

NOTE:  Work orders to remove or add furniture will be sent to the ResLife Department for approval.


Use this service ONLY FOR Academic, Non-Academic Buildings, Student Housing locations to request service for all food service equipment, dishwashers, dryers, ice machines, refrigeration units, refrigerators, ovens, stoves and washing machines.


To report A/C or heating requests (issues) or to request a window A/C unit installation or removal.
AIR PURIFIER (Academic Spaces or Offices Only):  Requires approval for a medical accommodation from the Human Resources Department.  Contact Margaret Card at mcard1@providence.edu for further information.


Issues related to the PC Prints print release system.


Report issues related to floor drains, pipes, showers, sinks, toilets, and water dispensers (filters).


To request service for carpentry:  ceilings/floors/walls, doors, glass (including plexiglass), hang/remove items, install dispensers, painting, roofs, rugs, shades, signage, tiles, walls, windows (blinds/shades), please click "Request Service."


Request video adapters, USB adapters, chargers, or other small computer accessories


Request software for use on your college-issued computer(s).


General printer, copier, scanner, or fax machine support or request to add a network printer to a computer.


Register a device to connect to PC-Devices


Report a problem with a campus telephone.


Request assistance or report issues with fields, grounds, irrigation, flags, gates, gate arms, parking lots, snow/ice removal,.


To request installation for a clock or to report a clock issue.


Request to have a shared mailbox created or deleted, or have user access to it added or removed.


Report functional or maintenance issues with the elevators.


Request assistance with furniture/equipment assembly, disassembly or repair.
