What is it?
Zscaler allows members of the faculty and staff to be able to remotely access certain campus-restricted services from an off-campus location.
Remote Access using Zscaler is only available while using a college-issued computer when off campus and is subject to the IT Remote Access Standard.
All requests for Remote Access must be approved by your supervisor and IT before access is provisioned. In order to ensure that your Remote Access request is handled in a timely manner, please be as detailed as possible in your business justification, including in the listing of campus-restricted services that you are required to use as part of your normal job functions.

How do I get it?
Use the "Request Remote Access" button to request new access. Use the "Report a Remote Access Issue" button to submit a request for assistance.
