Overview

Zoom, now called Zoom Workplace, offers communications software that combines video conferencing, online meetings, whiteboard, chat, and mobile collaboration. Zoom is available to use by faculty, staff, and students through their Providence College email account.

Steps

Desktop Application

1. Open Zoom.
2. Click Sign In.
3. Click the key icon to sign in with SSO. 
4. Enter providence as the domain, then click Continue.
5. Enter your Providence College email and password.
6. If prompted, click Open Zoom Meetings. 

Web Application

1. Go to providence.zoom.us.
2. Click Sign In and enter your Providence College email and password.
