What is it?
PaperCut is the print release system for public printing, such as in our computer labs or library, allowing users to print to college printers from both campus computers and personally owned devices. PaperCut drivers can be installed on Macs or PC computers, or Web Print on the Print Center can be used to print from mobile devices.

How do I get it?
Use the "Request Driver Installation Assistance" button to request assistance installing the PaperCut printer drivers on your computer or mobile device.
Use the "Report a Problem" button to report a problem with the PaperCut system. Types of problems you might encounter could include:
- Poor print quality
- Printer out of paper
- Print job did not print as expected
- Printer jam
- Error message on printer or release station
